Appointment Booking Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling:

  • Clients must book appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Appointments can only be scheduled via our website.
  • Clients will receive a confirmation email/SMS upon successful booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Late Arrivals:

  • If a client arrives later than 30 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.

4. No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

5. Appointment Duration:

  • The maximum appointment duration is 1 hour only.

6. Payment & Fees:

  • Payment terms (e.g., deposit requirements, prepayment, or due upon service) should be specified.
  • Any applicable fees for late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will be clearly communicated.

7. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate contact information, including email, phone number, hall name, and event date.
  • If incorrect details are provided, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
  • Any specific requirements or accommodations must be communicated in advance.

8. Company Rights:

  • The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients in advance.
